Pros (+) Location is excellent for visiting the Kunst Histrichises Museum, my principal interst on this trip.
Cons (-) Breakfast is a bit odd with many vegetarian options we would normally eat at lunch. But plenty of ham and cheese etc . Given all the veggies the fruit option is rather mean

Pros (+) Location good, view aweful! We are in Vienna looking out at a ghetto scene that I have seen all too many times in Chicago.
Cons (-) If you cannot affect change across the street at least put drapery (some type of blockage) on the Gilbert windows, view. This is Vienna?...One of the most (tauted) beautiful cities in the world? Ghettos in Chicago look better.

Cons (-) Room temperature is controlled by hotel. So if you want it different you need to ask for adjustments. Dark halls. Walls paper thin, can hear all around you and above you.

Pros (+) Very helpful staff, especially the lady from housekeeping. Minor problems were dealt with promptly. Excellent location for access to public transport, proximity to museums and cafes/restaurants/ bars. Very quiet room overlooking inner courtyard.
Cons (-) The breakfasts - very disappointing, uneven quality. The buffet layout was cramped, cooked food was not kept warm. Very limited selection of fresh fruit and shortage of cutlery! Otherwise a very good hotel.

Pros (+) Location is great. Our room was large and clean. Plenty of hooks for hanging things both in the bathroom and in the room. Staff very friendly. Alicy at the front desk and Lala a server at breakfast were both delightful.
