Location is great. Our room was large and clean. Plenty of hooks for hanging things both in the bathroom and in the room. Staff very friendly. Alicy at the front desk and Lala a server at breakfast were both delightful.

Every thing was perfect 👌. Location, breakfast, cleaning reception and decoration. Close to mariahelpher st. And Austria 🇦🇹 empire museum.
Room is small. Maybe because I was solo gust.
Staff and facilities. Liked the comfortable mezzanine-level lobby. Everything worked well (except the elevator on Day 1 :( Staff are amazing. Enjoyed unique menu at dinner, though pricey.
Well - the 5-floor walk-up when the elevator failed. Other than that - great!
I liked the location of the hotel, the friendly and attentive staff, the sauna and gym. Issues with our TV were fixed promptly.
The small and dark room which suffered a lot of noise ingress from the street below, the restrictive opening times of the restaurant and the price and value for money. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon we were lucky to get some lunch, as we were informed that the restaurant would be closed for the rest of Sunday and the following Monday.
