The room was excellent. Location is good - walking distance to the old part of the city. Private parking under the hotel.
Breakfast slightly disappointing for hotel of this standard - limited hot food choices. Room excellent - better quality than the reception areas which are a little dated. Be careful in the car park. It is an odd shape and rather tricky to manoeuvre.
The bathroom was wonderful! Big, beautiful tub and the room was great.

They didn't have all toiletries as appropriate for 4* hotel, e.g. disposable slippers.

A clean, well-maintained hotel. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Underground parking . The staff at the reception, at breakfast and at the bar is great. A comfortable, very large bed. We asked for a room on the quiet side - they gave us a room in the courtyard, it was quiet enough there. We also liked that there was a lot of sunlight in the room. Delicious and wide variety

Too firm beds, hotel was cold (dining, hallways, draft from alu windows), no fruit tee available at the breakfast
Nothing was Good other than the internet and location close being to station. Not sure why this is a four star hotel. No consideration for customers and you can tell they are cutting costs on customers as much as possible instead of focusing on customer experience.
They really cheap out on customer experience. Room decoration is tacky and smelt really strong of chemicals. Breakfast was the cheapest items bought from aldi and to add an omelette it’s another five six euros. Absolutely outrageous! 45 euros for the spa. 250 pounds the biggest rip off of my life never come to this hotel
