Pros (+) The staff was so friendly and helpful. The grounds and pool area beautiful. A little slice of paradise! Breakfast was very comprehensive so we had so much to choose from.
Cons (-) Not sure if there was no air conditioning in room. Luckily the nights were cool and we left the door open for fresh air.

Pros (+) Perfect hotel for a stopover. We definitely enjoyed the spa. Friendly staff at check-in.
Cons (-) We booked a Superior room for two, but we got a room for three. Diner was good. But it looked like they were in a hurry. The buffet with vegetables was gone before we had a chance to get some food. And the different dishes were served way to quickly after each other. So we had to finish our wine at the bar.

Pros (+) Rooms were very nice, very comfortable beds.
Cons (-) Room on the first night was quite noisy due to the traffic, we had to change rooms due to a leaking toilet and the upgraded room was much quieter - but would have been more expensive.

Pros (+) Pool outdoor had a shallow area for toddlers. Breakfast was awesome. Many croissants. Indoor pool was great. Spa facilities were ok, appeared that some spouts didn't work so well.
Cons (-) Couldn't use the AC, opened the balcony windows instead. Fridge had no freezer to keep ice packs frozen.
