Pros (+) Beautiful property, great for visiting sites
Cons (-) There was no gym or Sauna, staff could be more attentive. Staff watched as my wife struggled with her bags, did not offer help even with an empty lobby.

Pros (+) Everything!!! The lobby and lounge areas, the restaurant, the bar area, our room... all beautiful decorated and appointed!!! Our favorite part was the window seat in our room and the update call from the front desk that the Northern Lights were visible... which we had a front row seat from inside our room. It was a beautiful night and wonderful memory!!

Pros (+) A great hotel in an excellent location . After we checked in we drove 10 minutes to visit Gulfoss Falls. The crowds had gone for the day so that was great. Next morning we walked across the road to the geysir and had it to ourselves. Restaurant was lovely too.

Pros (+) Beautiful property. Very interesting decor. If you request it, the staff will wake you in the middle of the if the northern lights are out- what a cool experience.

Pros (+) We stayed for 2 nights, visited the falls and the Geysir as well as snow mobiling. Very comfortable and luxurious stay. A spa/ hot tub would really make this amazing. Breakfast was ok, could have been hotter but good choice. Restaurant menu not extensive but tasty, expensive like the rest of Iceland!
