Great service cleaning room every morning.. Very good breakfast, good location.
We left one night early in order to have time to explore Munich. Unfortunately, the hotel owner did not agree to refund the money for that night. Instead I got a refund for breakfast.
The hotel is perfectly located in Samnaun Dorf with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned well every day and the mini-bar restocked.
The main issue we had was with the comfort of the room. The beds were very uncomfortable and need replacing. The room was so hot, even after turning the heating down, that we had the window open overnight even when it was -9 outside (then the temperature was actually comfortable in the room!).
