Pros (+) Breakfast food was delicious. The host/hostess and wait staff were absolutely amazing! Such a lovely facility and amenities were terrific. Thank you for a fabulous anniversary wedding anniversary weekend get away!

Pros (+) It's a nice place. Rooms are nice. Everything is clean. Beds are comfy. It's quiet. The view is nice.
Cons (-) Check-in felt a little rushed. Parking is $52 a night. I had to ask for an extra blanket 3 times before I finally got it (and I received a little bit of attitude on my second request...which was over an hour after the initial request).

Pros (+) The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Very diversed. They made the stay worth while and refreshing because the other Tennesseens overall were not very friendly and I’m from Alabama.
Cons (-) The bed size seemed smaller. I sleep in a king at home. Breakfast should have been cheaper or free or complimentary or continental. Parking was too high. We were charged additional taxes that were not originally quoted. Cons (-) The restaurant staff were extremely rude and provided terrible service. They treated white customers first and made sure they were taken care of. When it came to black customers, they did not get the same treatment and professionalism.
