Pros (+) The room was great, the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and the pillows were perfect too. Was within walking distance to the places we wanted to go. The toiletries smelled great and didn't dry out our hair or skin. The speakeasy was a great surprise.
Cons (-) Booking.com said our room would be $151 but it wasn't, it was $190. We would not have booked for that price. The host couldn't find our reservation at first and then when he finally did his demeanor changed. He became short with us. Pros (+) The hotel was gorgeous, and the rooms were great. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and immediately moved us to a new room when we had an issue with our shower leaking.
Cons (-) HobNob was a restaurant inside the hotel. The food was not good. We ate breakfast and dessert, and it was all bad and very overpriced.

Pros (+) Employee TANEESHA M., was wonderful! She made us feel very welcome and stayed in touch to make certain we were having a fantastic stay. Taneesha helped my boyfriend Kevin with havIng a beautiful bouquet of red roses, a bottle of champagne, and candy awaiting us in our room when we checked in! The hotel is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee!
Cons (-) No microwave in the room. Too few toiletries - bottles were tiny and only one of each even though there were two of us in the room!

Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful! The bars and restaurants are gorgeous, but EXTREMELY pricey.
Cons (-) The rooms are fairly average and were not as nice as expected. The toilet clogged with normal use. The hotel does not offer a pool or gym and they charge $7 for a bottle of water in your room. I was not impressed by anything outside of the architecture.
