Location is very good. Lots of kids activities. Food is fairly good. Rooms are very good. Access to the beach is very nice.
Resort is split in two sections separated by the road. did not noticed elevators to access second floor and garage, could be a problem for disabled people.
Property conditions (much better than they show in their pictures), staff was very helpful and nice. Food choices were fine (not too many), and the quality was above average other hotels. They offered everything that was advertised, didn't fall short on anything and even exceeded the expectations, as the rooms are very new (probably renovated not too long ago) and they look way better than in pict...
The location was not the best, a bit far from the center (Rua das Pedras) to go walking but just a 5 minute taxi would get you there. The access to the beach was convenient but wasn't exclusive of the hotel, it was a public access that was connected to the hotel through a gate. Great location, a few meters from Ferradura beach. Very confortable and clean rooms, friendly staff and lots of activities for children. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) were very good too. Lots of pools all around the property.

Close to the beach, one or two staff were friendly and professional and paid attention to our requests, massage was also good.
No one to help us with luggage at arrival, no lift, room with garden view we were overlooking the main road, bath tub yellow of stain, so old it looks like, always something missing in our room service orders, hotel is a very outdated and low standard for a 4 star category.

Some of the curtains in the room had mildew on them. The room we had was surrounded by kids that were loud and they walls seemed thin.
