The hotel is nicely located in Lendplatz where there are many options for coffe, drinks and dinning. It is within a walking distance to the city center and the Schlossberg.
The room was bright in the morning even though we had the curtains shut.
Spacious and clean at a quiet location when the windows are closed, walking distance to all attractions, excellent staff, easy after hours checkin.

Very well located, close to main attractions without being in the middle of the crowds. Staff was great and helpful. Looks like the rooms have been recently refurbished and everything looks fresh and pleasing. Breakfast was great. Would stay again for sure.
For the kind of value the hotel delivers I can't really pick anything.
Perfect location, great personnel, tasty breakfast. No dedicated hotel parking, but this issue was solved instantly by providing ticket to the nearest public garage.
Some may be surprised by the interesting interior decision (shower cabin and sink right in front of a bed) with no door between bathroom and bedroom zones. Not a problem for an individual traveller, but might be an inconvenience for some cases.
Everything was great. The hotel is on the nice location in the center of Graz, the staff was friendly, rooms were modern,cosy and clean..parking garage is near the hotel (100m) and everything else is near..
This is the most charming hotel. We felt like home. It is close to literally everything and there are a couple of great restaurants and cute shops around. The parking is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is always smiling and nice. I can’t reccomend this hotel enough. We fell in love with Graz and when we come back,we’ll stay in this hotel. Thank you for everything.
Everything was great
Everything looks new and the hotel is in a very good location. Lots of restaurants, pubs, caffees just a few minutes away. Less than 10 minutes walking to the Old Town. Breakfast is ok, but probably repetitive after a few days. Coffee is very good. We managed to find a place in the hotel parking across the street, which was great, for 10eur/day.
The beds weren't that comfortable, with a hard mattress and a small and soft pillow. Cleaning could be improved, our white socks turned grey after walking through the room :(
Great location for exploring the city center, clean and spacious rooms with great view, comfortable bed.
