We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment. The location is perfect - walking distance to the train station, main attractions, restaurants. Amazing location, great view from the room.
Loved the location as it had a local vibe away from the crowds. The staff were lovely and the bar a welcome spot for a pre dinner drink with complementary snacks.
I would have liked a kettle etc in the room.
the location is convenient yet away from the crowds a delicious restaurant is directly across the street, I recommend

Not a bright room.
Lovely and very clean hotel in a great location, close to center, train station and the river. All in walkable distances yet far enough from the busy parts of town. Friendly, helpful, and kind staff. Amazing breakfast with many healthy choices. Would definitely stay there again.
The housekkeping staff were excellent. They certainly did an amazing job and were very thorough ensuring our room was always well presented.
The breakfast staff were not very engaging. Although it is a buffet breakfast, you have to pay for fried eggs, omlettes etc.
The staff were excellent especially in reception.They were all very pleasant and helpful We had a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine as we had a birthday and anniversary celebration which was a lovely touch. The locality of the hotel was ideal for visiting Florence sites. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Executive for a special stay in Florence.
Nothing not to like
Cleaning staff quite noisy in the corridors early in the morning.
The style of the hotel was “tres chic”, the staff were helpful and always keen to make ur stay and dreams come true. They gave excellent recommendations and were always pleasant and welcoming. Plus the location is very very convenient.
Thin walls made it very easy to disturb your sleep
