Pros (+) We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Europe! Staffs were very kind. Although we had to ask again, many thanks to the nice room, made our stay very lovely on our special trip. The view of the fireworks from the room was wonderful!
Cons (-) Sadly we couldnt use the 2pm cruise service for guests becoz it was full, hopefully next time we can try :)

Chose to stay at this hotel instead of the others in the park expecting it to be more regal or classy. The staff was very professional and I liked the welcome via the Canal, but otherwise you'd probably get a better bang for your buck staying in another more modern hotel on site in terms of accomodation. The room and restaurants are great, bfast selection is unbeatable. We enjoyed our stay in here for the celebration of mom’s birthday. The hotel lobby is also beautifully decorated with lots of flowers. Minor feedback on the English level of front desk staff but they are very friendly
