Pros (+) I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel with such amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Location was fab, food and drinks were great, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros (+) Beautifully clean hotel in a wonderful location. This is not in the heart of Sirmione but it’s also quieter because of it but shops and restaurants are nothing walking distance. Easy bus shuttle locally to main centre
Cons (-) Spa wasn’t open yet but we knew that when booking. I’m sure it’ll be lovely when it’s done if at the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

Pros (+) Nice and new and refurbished inside. Staff excellent in difficult circumstances as the place should not be open and is still a building site.
Cons (-) The property should not be open and was completely mid sold as there are builders on site. Earth moving still going on and starts at 7:30 in the morning. Dust and dirt everywhere. So noisy we couldn’t sit on our balcony. Many facilities not available- no roof terrace, no restaurant, no wellness centre, no grass on half the property! It’s a disgrace to be sold at this point. Pros (+) We stayed in new part in Garda suite & it was very spacious & clean Great pool area & nice terrace Few mins walk to bus stop for bus into town which was very frequent
Cons (-) I prefer the modern rooms but think the older rooms will have the best few over the lake!
