Pros (+) Location was great, an easy 10 min walk to the old center and a very nice neighborhood. Staff went above and beyond for our special birthday requests. I was able to plan a very nice trip including a great restaurant reservation thanks to their help. Rooms were spacious and amenities were good.
Cons (-) We had two technical issues - hot water did not work and then the AC stopped working. Hot water was fixed overnight but AC took more than a day to be fixed. Staff was attentive so these were not huge problems for us.

Pros (+) Location was excellent.
Cons (-) Air conditioning functioned well until for no apparent reason it would blow cold air out for a minute or so. The main direction of the air flow was directed to the bed causing discomfort.

Pros (+) New and modern interior. Convenient location near Prague main train station and tourist attractions.
Cons (-) Only one coffee machine for the breakfast area. There is a window in the bathroom and the bathroom main door is a glass. Thus, there will be natural light entering the room after sunrise.

Pros (+) The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful details that gave it a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Amenities were top-notch, and everything I needed was right at there. Cleanliness was good.
