Pros (+) The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful details that gave it a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Amenities were top-notch, and everything I needed was right at there. Cleanliness was good.

Pros (+) Very close to everything , location is excellent. Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and polite 24h reception.

Pros (+) Very comfortable room, easy walk to main railway station and old city. I also think we got upgraded as room was much bigger than standard, but staff never mentioned it.
Cons (-) Reception was often empty when we pass by. However, when we needed them, they were present.

Pros (+) Beautiful clean room. Extra comfortable beds. Great location. Lovely staff.
Cons (-) Woken several times through the night by loud voices in the corridor and very noisy neighbours at 7am who were continuously knocking on their room door as had presumably locked themselves out. A real shame as the hotel is impeccably clean, extremely comfortable and in a great location.
