Somebody set the air conditioner at 18 degrees, cooling mode. It is not a normal temperature. I prefer the air conditioner just to be turned off.
Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, it was walking distance to central area, price was reasonable.

The location is perfect. It is very close to Belvedere and St. Charles’s Church. U1 Metro stop and tram 1 are just 3-5 min away. The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice. There are variety of choice, quality and taste is good. My room was clean and I had everything that I needed. Cleaning service was also good. The lady was so kind.

The staff were amazing. I didn't see any sad staff all throughout my shift. Yurile (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) and Sara were amazing. The chef was so kind to make me a cake and special recipe for my birthday. It was a short trip but with how every staff member I met was eager to assist, I will be back. It was beautiful hotel. Very clean, great location we took a 1 train car that took us in the center city.The breakfast was delicious and they offered Gluten free bread on requests . The staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly .All the stuff in the hotel were very friendly and nice.

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of Vienna with great rooms for business stay for 2-3 days. And next to the hotel is great wine-bar - Winzerkoning.
The pipes need cleaning. The mold smell is unpleasant in the bathroom. Otherwise great place.
