Location was perfect for visiting the Gallery No breakfast is not included Would have liked a herbal tea selection in the room, especially when breakfast is not included
Breakfast not included The stairs are not great for elderly travel, however they accommodated our mother on the ground floor which was perfect

Perfect location, walking distance to the Gallery. A grand colonial building decorated to exude warmth and comfort. Lovely welcome by the owner.

Perfect central location for all that Bendigo has to offer. The accommodation was excellent. The welcome we had was exceptional and very helpful.
Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The room was beautifully made up and styled. The rain shower and spa in the room were wonderful. The reception in the old bank vaults is very cool and really cosy. I would stay here again any time.
Location and facilities were fantastic.
7 flights of stairs and i’m 80 Room dark and dingy. bed good
Room 9 top floor. Need to be fit for stairs . Couch and bed very low. Bed had sharp protruding corners resulting in bruised shins. Surprised no coffee pod machine or wardrobe as $500 per night
We liked the position, as were attending the wine festival in the park adjacent, room was spacious with high ceilings but a little dark due to huge trees outside the windows, so difficult to read anything except in the bathroom which was bright, ideally they would put better lighting in the bedroom! Also there was no lift , so carrying luggage up 50 steps was a bit of an issue.
