Small boutique hotel in Hanoi old quarter. Met all our needs. Perfect location, surrounded by key tourist points. We stayed in 6 different places in Vietnam and this was a favourite both for us and our kids. We stayed there already 2 times (only because they were fully booked on the 3rd occasion...). Everything was great. Connecting rooms we were staying in didn't have a window on the street only on the inside of the building, but it wasn't a problem in the end.Read more
The entire staff was really great. Special shout out to Jennie and Lucas - who were just awesome. Super helpful. In fact, Jennie was helpful even after we checked out of the hotel and during the remainder of our stay in Vietnam.

Nice rooms, very nice and helpfull reception. They helped us organize the airport transfer, they had given a plan for a walk tour into the city, because we had only one evening in Hanoi. They also offer a higher room as booked. Very good value-price ratio. Breakfast is very good. Additonally the hotel has a very good location, right in the center.
Great value for money accommodation nestled in amongst the chaos of Hanoi's old quarter. Location couldn't be any more central for walking access to all of the nearby hot spots. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and generous with their time. Always with a friendly smile and greeting when you return home after a long day walking the streets.
I had a relaxing 3 nights at the hotel! One of the best quality/price I’ve stayed in Hanoi so far! The staff is very helpful and welcoming, Julia kindly helped me to make my itinerary to visit Hanoi. Overall I recommend!
Jenny the staff member there is awesome. Room basic and smallish. But only for sleeping so good. Bed comfortable
The staff were amazing - all extremely friendly and welcoming, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and understood the city we were visiting.
The staff are friendly and willing to help. The manager, Justin provided us very useful information on where to go and what to eat. Also, he helped us make a reservation for a restaurant. The breakfast is great.
We were changed to a type of room different from what we booked online. The room is less spacious, but the hotel also reduced the price. So we feel OK about it, just to share the information.
