Pros (+) Everything. Particularly Isaak. The front desk receptionist. He was fun, warm and so inviting. An exceptional representative for your beautiful hotel. Max the bartender was also exceptional. We will never stay in another hotel in Austin. Very welcoming.

Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Everything. Shower knob did not work - we were unable to shower. Hard to find someone working at front desk. Heat/AC sounded like a freight train. Property was very run down.

Pros (+) Daniel was super friendly on the front desk and very helpful. Loved the fire pit and the pool area. Room was very comfortable, building is beautiful and location is excellent.
Cons (-) Pool was cold water which is not for everyone but I am sure it works in Austin summers. The valet parking is expensive.

Pros (+) Cute boutique hotel in an awesome location right off MLK and the Drag. Two blocks from decent Pho restaurant. Easy to get in/out with valet app. Staff was friendly, responsive and helpful especially Cory at front desk! Small fridge in the room was a bonus. Room was good size too - stayed in the double queen. Didn’t get to try the Goodall Kitchen but heard it’s good.
