The hotel is new and the rooms are large and comfortable. Looks amazing on the surface
Service needs to be improved. On my confirmation it said there was a coffee machine included in the room. This was not the case. After I questioned this I was made to feel at fault for raising this issue . At breakfast one morning the coffee machine did not work . The attitude was , oh well that is life . Hotel Elisia Tirana is a fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting the city, not just for the comfort, but also for its unbeatable location. Right in the heart of Tirana, it’s incredibly easy to explore the city on foot, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and cultural sights just minutes away. One of the few drawbacks during my stay at Hotel Elisia Tirana was the lack of in-room ironing facilities. It was a bit inconvenient having to call down each time for an iron, especially when getting ready in a hurry. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk into the centre.
The spa facilities were great except don’t go in the morning as nothing has been turned in and heated up! The bar menu is non existent and you are “ not allowed” to offer anything of the main menu and it in the bar.

Very modern and well designed.
Good location and great value for money. The staff were very kind and friendly. They offered some extra services, like bringing our ordered cocktails to the room without charging a room service fee, and placing our luggage into the car when we were leaving — something I truly appreciate. On top of that, the hotel also has a nice spa.
Breakfast could be more personalized — it wasn’t anything special. After a few days, it would get quite boring. Also, the salt room in the spa required an extra fee, which I didn’t really understand.
Great value and very good quality of accommodations
Staff are really helpful, the hotel is very peaceful and all of the areas are always clean. Location is just outside the business of the centre but close enough that it’s only a 10 minute walk. If you choose to eat in the restaurant which we did after a late check in then this is also really good and waiting staff are very good too.
I was expecting a gym as part of the spa facilities but I didn’t check this before arriving so just be aware
The property was located close to the city centre. It was exceptionally clean and modern facilities. We didn’t include breakfast but added this on and it also excellent with a wide choice of foods.
