Pros (+) The location is so central,staff excellent, breakfast was lovely, our room was very spacious with a lovely terrace. The hotel is so clean and the best reception staff I ever met especially Celia who is exceptional at her job.

Pros (+) I forgot to ask for a freestanding shower as my husband cannot climb into a bath. The room which was allocated with a shower over the bath. The reception were so helpful when I explained the situation. We were upgraded to another room free of charge. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the staff are so helpful and efficient and decor beautiful. This is our third visit and we will definitely re...
