Pros (+) Excellent reception staff especially Camille and Flavia. Pleasant and very welcoming. Fantastic location for walking and also 2 metro stations 5 minutes away (Pont Neuf and Chatelet). Marvellous shower.
Cons (-) Rooms - need updating. (Carpets, wall covering) Tight space in bathroom. Breakfast - omelette option and a coffee machine to get more oneself are not available.

Pros (+) The location was absolutely perfect. The staff was wonderful. Beautiful location. Easy walk to the beautiful attractions. This is my 10th time to visit Paris. This was my favorite place to stay.
Cons (-) One day we had the continental breakfast of a croissant and chocolate croissant. They were not great croissants at the hotel. It is much better to eat breakfast somewhere else. The Crème de Paris restaurant was excellent and also Angelina’s was excellent and very close by

Pros (+) Hotel has great facilities, room super comfortable, modern bathroom and super friendly staff.
Cons (-) The location was just a bit on the outside so when arriving was a gang of young guys (15) outside the hotel, that didn’t give me the feeling of safety.
