Location location and LOCATION! Amazing sea view room with balcony. Excellent staff, amazing spacious suite, beautiful pool area, overlooking the Adriatic.
The pool bar hours were cut short- no wiggle room. Hard cut off time, right at sunset, so it would have been to the benefit of hotel as well as guests to increase the pool bar access a little later.
Our room was wonderful as was the view. The staff was outstanding and patient. The location with the bus connection was great!
Friendly, appreciative staff. Breakfast was fabulous. View from room was spectacular. Easy access to old town Dubrovnik with the bus line. The ocean side was well designed. I really liked how the walkways past the pool were incorporated into the bedrock.
I would like to see the property use water conserving shower heads.
All the staff were friendly and attentive. Provided wonderful service. The sports massage and vitamin c facial was phenomenal.
More selections for light snack/lunch… club sandwich, pizza, chicken fingers, etc.
We only had 2 nights here, but everything was wonderful. We somehow managed to get upgraded to a beautiful suite with a spectacular view. The hotel is super-comfortable and facilities are great. There is a huge choice at breakfast and it was lovely to have a fresh omelette made for us. Everything. Accommodation, food, minibar, surroundings, nature, coast, sunset and of course Dubrovnik with all its attractions and cuisine.
Distrust towards guests in a 5-star hotel, ss a payment card must be presented before using the services!
Lovely hotel in a great location, away from the crowds of Dubrovnik but only a short bus ride away with the no 4 bus stopping right outside the hotel. Only had breakfast once but there was everything you could want. Staff very helpful and kind, beautiful room I really enjoyed my stay at Dubrovnik Palace.
Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the adriatic throughout. 4 incredible pools (3 outdoor, 1 indoor) not to mention the additional jacuzzis. The standout factor was the staff who were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive and made us feel very relaxed. The room.was spectacular and daily chocolates and high end complementary toiletries were a treat.
Pretty much faultless. The only tiny things that didnt really impaxlct our stay were low shower pressure and the living room in our suite was a bit dark where the sofa was.
