The shower head in the bath did not match to the holder correctly, it was loose and therefore not held tightly which resulted in unexpected movement.
Very friendly and extremely well-located hotel, especially if traveling with a car. It was easy to park the car and explore Tomar and the convento/castle on foot. The rooms were spacious, breakfast was a decent buffet.
The property is a bit dated and probably due for some renovations, but it's totally fine. The indoor pool got very crowded and loud (but it was a weekend). I would have liked some fresh eggs/omelets at breakfast, but for the price it was fine.
Excellent location in Tomar, easy walking distance to all interesting attractions. Safe parking. Large comfortable bedroom. Very good breakfast and evening meal.
2nd favorite hotel on the trip. An older hotel, but well maintained with very comfortably sized rooms.
It is in a good location with parking. Room was ok and Breakfast also was good considering the value for the money was paid.

Room fantastic including the Views! Breakfast was excellent including the evening meal' The Chef and Catering Staff was Exceptional for we ate just prior to 10PM and my TIP was Warrented Food was presented to a very high standard!!!! Well done all for catering for our late arrival. I' like tradition where-ever I go' and the Tomar History will interest All' especially certain organisations history.
