The outside patio was not only lovely but it’s access for the water taxi drop off and pick up was rare and extremely convenient when arriving and leaving this hotel, especially with large luggage. Firstly, the location is great. Right on the canal and close to everything. The hotel itself is boutique style, really comfortable, with very friendly and helpful staff, and spotlessly clean from head to toe. Uncomfortable bed, mediocre breakfast, terrace lounge food offerings were extremely limited and terrible. Very short room door for taller people. I always had to duck so I would not bump my head.

Perfect location with a lovely sense of calm despite being so close to St Marks Sq. Great team of employees, happily looking after guests.
The property is so well situated, a couple of minutes walk from St Marks square. It has a beautiful terrace on the canal where you can get fabulous cocktails from the lovely bar staff and a pretty 2nd floor bar area. We didn’t see any other hotels with a similar outdoor space. The only thing I think could be changed is the breakfast tables and chairs. They are very small and soft and being a tall person were too low for me to be comfortable, but this is a small thing and I can’t fault the rest of the hotel or staff, it was a wonderful stay.Read more
EVERYTHING. This hotel is a hidden gem in Venice. The staff was AMAZING. They were so responsive to my e-mails and helped with anything we needed before and while we were there.
