Amazing room, reception pool area and pool bar. Spotlessly clean and professional and friendly staff.
Restaurant food choices were not what we had expected. Many British foods every night with not many other Mediterranean foods or any other choices. 😔

Booking dot com not being able to manage our booking as we left the hotel one day early and couldn't do this on the APP.
Lovely hotel the service was very slow by the pool the staff were not friendly and very abrupt sometimes

Ambiance, food, service and a calm atmosphere.
Food was very good. Rooms very comfortable.
Although we knew the hotel was for Adults only. We were surprised to find most of the guests were 70 + - Some of which attitudes were very inpatient in the Restraunt at meal times , especially at Dinner.
The food was excellent.
The Guests were mostly over 70 yr. & were generally impatient . Sometimes rude to other guests.
Best hotel I have stayed in Benidorm and I have stayed in a lot. food ,service,rooms all excellent.
