Pros (+) The hotel is located in the old town, with a fantastic view on the Roman theatre. The room is spacious and very comfortable. They offer a great breakfast, and the private parking is a plus.

Cons (-) There was a miscommunication regarding our dinner reservation which meant we had to walk to another restaurant in the pouring rain. We felt they did not try to accommodate us. We thought we had a reservation for 7:30 but when arrived at the dining room we did not, and said they were full. Seems they thought we were asking when they were open.

Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms equipped with the biggest bed I've ever seen. Perfect location basically in the center of Spoleto. The breakfast is also noteworthy as for Italian standards.
