Great location, comfy beds, quiet, clean, helpful staff. Spacious room. Right near the Ponte Vecchio and the Ufizzi. Walking distance to everything!
Breakfast was just meh.
The location was very convenient to all attractions in the city. Breakfast had a lot of different foods to satisfy every appetite.
Check in was smooth, the room was spacious and the bathroom was spectacular, practically brand new,
The Kitchenette was locked and we had to request that it be opened by staff when it is actually part of the rooms facilities.
Lovely hotel..great staff and fine services and a perfect location
The hotel is in an excellent position, very close to the Uffizi museum and the Ponte Vecchio. Its staff were always very friendly and helpful. There was a very good selection of food for breakfast, served in a beautiful breakfast room. There is also a rooftop terrace with both outdoor and indoor seating and serving drinks, snacks and light meals. Everything in our bedroom and bathroom worked well....
There is very little to criticise, though the person servicing our room was erratic in the provision of face cloths and shower gel.Read more
Excellent location next to the Uffizi Gallery. All the sights are within walking distance. Friendly staff, very friendly, always ready to help with various questions. Very good breakfasts in a beautiful room with ancient frescoes.
The room was very old, with a peeling ceiling, a window facing God knows where, like a pipe (it would have been better if it hadn't been there at all). The hotel is 4 stars, but there wasn't even a kettle in the room. The price is too high for such a hotel. The main advantage of this hotel is its location
Our room was very spacious. The location was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We utilized the rooftop bar every day. Fantastic views and great staff.
Better pillows and updated decor.
The hotel had an amazing view of the Pontevecchio, a beautiful rooftop bar with an impressive view of the cathedral, professional staff and immediate access to the best locations in the city.
The location was perfecto! 15-minute walk from the train station, the Arno River right outside the hotel entrance, the Ponte Vecchio and The Uffizi literally to the right and left of the hotel respectively. The breakfast had numerous choices including eggs, potatoes, sausage/bacon, cereal, yogurt, pastry, coffee/cappuccino, juice/water, cheese selection, etc. The rooftop bar was heavenly! Great pl...
We chose the larger room, suite with bedroom, living room sitting area and desk, which did not state in the description if it did or did not have a view. I expected some sort of a view not an interior room with no view except rooftops. Anyway, initially I was not happy and spoke to the front desk about a room change. As it turned out we were out most of the day and the the spacious room and it’s u...Read more
Brilliant location and a gorgeous hotel in general. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Perfect stay.
A kettle would have been the only addition to our room.
