The bedding and linen were comfortable, the location was convenient and relatively quiet, and the rooftop bar was a great highlight. We had a great view onto the Arno river.
Aside from the reception and rooftop bar, the hotel and rooms felt quite dated—likely not renovated in the past 20 years. The carpets were stained, the furniture chipped, and the TV looked over a decade old. Perfect location, calm and serene, with a lovely rooftop bar that has great views. We stayed in one of the more modern suites for a week to celebrate an anniversary, and it was fantastic. The breakfast room is spectacular and the service is exceptional

The location was perfect, right next to the Ponte Vecchio but with a secret exit on a side street where it wasn't heaving with people. The apartment was huge, and while there wasn't a view (we were on the non-river side of the building) we didn't really miss it because we could step outside the door day or night to see the river. Fantastic location. Breakfast staff were great.
Two tiny windows in what was quite an expensive suite. I picked this hotel as it guarantee it would have a bath which it did not. The baby cried through her showers (she loves baths.)
