Great location, excellent decor in as mew condition but the real asset is the staff all where polite, friendly, engaging and went out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our every need. Checking us in and showing us to our room, at breakfast and evening dining and generally in and around the hotel, the staff were always welcoming and friendly. Maybe a personal preference rather than a negative point, the bedroom was rather warm of an evening with the only option to open the window. This was absolutely fine by us.Read more

That only 1h of spa is included on your stay. EUR30 per person is a lot for a hotel you are staying at.
Excellent staff.
Its not something i didn't like, But the rooms that face the front of the hotel are much better then the rest, i added a picture from our room porch.
We liked virtually everything, only improvements we can think of would be to reduce the quantity of pre-breakfast cakes/ breads/ meats on offer, we left most of it to make room for the breakfast we ordered off the menu, we felt it was bit wasteful. And lastly, with no air-con in the rooms, it can get quite warm / stuffy in the night and we had to leave balcony door open to cool the room down, perh...Read more
The breakfast selection was extensive and of good quality. The ski shuttle was a nice service.
Unfortunately the seating in the front by the windows facing the street, meant you were invisible to the staff. It is not a five star experience when a guest needs to get up too seek staff attention for a coffee refill. Great location, staff is very helpful and the amenities are great! The spa is super nice and clean.
Hotel de Len is such a cozy place to stay in Cortina, the staff is super nice, rooms are beautiful, and the location is perfect. We had the breakfast included which was delicious, I highly recommend this hotel.
