I think I found myself a home away from home in Paris.
Nothing
The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the premises. All the questions I asked were thoroughly answered and all the points were made clear (they even gave me a physical map 😄). The location was safe and gave us a comfortable distance from all the touristy areas and all the noises that the football fans made. Overall a great experience, I think I found myself a home away...
The staff was awesome! We encountered 6 different front desk personnel during our 5 day stay and each of them were remarkable. Friendly, courteous, went out of their way to assist. For this reason alone, Ivwould stay there again!
As an American, it would have been nice to have movies and television offered in English, as my French is somewhat limited. There were only three channels offered in English and they were all news channels. Not a deal breaker by any means, it would have just been a nice offering.

A bit far from the main attraction but doable with the train station to Eiffel Tower (30 min)or taxi 20 min

For Paris, the accommodation was reasonably priced and while the room was small - as expected in a populated city - details were well thought out so it was very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet but close to everything we were interested in. Breakfasts were ample and very good; staff was available 24/7. I also appreciated the lobby as a place to relax.
It’s a great location in a quiet neighbourhood. You are close to all transport modes but far enough from the city centre to have a little peace and quiet. The rooms and common areas are nicely decorated - very Parisienne! I had a balcony in my room with a very small view of the Eiffel Tower which was a pleasant surprise.
It was dusty. My AirPods rolled under the bed at some point and I looked everywhere until I checked underneath the bed and found them. The dust under there was criminal. Our room was ‘cleaned’ each day or at least we thought.
