Pros (+) You expect nice hotel and you get nice hotel, nothing much else to stay. Staff was friendly and professional, everything was clean, the facilities thoughtful and immaculate. I am not a highly experienced traveler but I struggle to imagine what else someone could want from their guest experience. A bonus point for the dinner, which I thought given the pricing standards of tourist Südtirol was very ...
Cons (-) The room was hard floor rather than carpet. I understand the maintenance rationale for this interior design trend but it does ruin the hominess of the room a bit. Breakfast also could probably have gone a half hour later than it did.
