Bathroom door didn’t chose the lock

beautiful view, nice room with sea view reasonably priced.
they told me it was best to come by water taxi, but the day before I arrived they told me there was no water taxi. the only way to get there was down a steep narrow path. it was raining heavily and the track became a stream that I had to walk/ climb down.when I got there my shoes and clothes were sodden. there were no drying facilities.i had to dry to dry them with the hand dryer. when I left I ha...Read more
Absolutely beautiful location and views. We arrived in the off season, the motel was very quiet. The room was clean and we had a beautiful seaview. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. They organised taxis for us, to and from the port. We unfortunately had to leave early due to accidently booking our Rome accommodation a day early. We were sad to leave such a beautiful motel. The room was freezing cold. We put the heater on but it didn't heat the room very well. There were no spare blankets. I assume this is because this is more of a summer destination and we were there in spring. The bed was very hard, not comfortable at all. The pillows weren't great either. The staff go about and beyond , the view , the food
i found not enough beachfront and deck chairs were very cramped and so close to one another. Therefore this made me uncomfortable not wanting to sunbake as i was practically lying so close to a stranger and couldn't have a chat with my partner as the person could hear our conversation even if we did whispered. the breakfast was abit satisfactory, would of been nice to see slightly different breakf...Read more
Location is horrible and hard to get to. Beach is difficult to use and unclean. Food is average, pasta used from a packet - not expected when you’re travelling Italy. You’re trapped from the moment you get to the hotel!
Fantastic view. The hotel restaurant is exceptional. Thermal pool right by the hotel. Angelo the captain of the water taxi that takes you from the Harbour to the hotel beach is a joy!
The view from the terrace is outstanding and the hotel was super clean. The staff was so nice, everyone always smiling and ready to help, they really made our stay better! Ideal for people who want to hangout at the hotel and by the hotel beach. We also really enjoyed the food and the service at the hotel restaurant.
The property is more secluded than expected, if the taxi boats are not operating because of the bad weather, it becomes more complicated to move around. Just keep in mind there are a lot of steps to get to the road and once you get there, you either pay a 20$ taxi to take you to Ischia Ponte or walk 30 minutes, with hills.
