Pros (+) Location is excellent, very near the River Seine, Musee d'Orsay and the metro. Staff were always friendly and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
Cons (-) We booked a deluxe room which was not that large but it was perfectly comfortable. Prior to our visit we were asked whether we wanted a walk-in shower or a bath but although we asked whether there were rooms with both a bath and a shower, the staff did not explain that the baths included a shower and that the walk-in shower was in an accessible room (which we did not need).
