Very convenient location (you walk out of the train station and you’re there, but you can also walk in the town from it). The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very nice. We had an issue with the electronic lock and we were promptly helped 😊. No complaints about our stay!

Great location besides the station, friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness.
The tv remote had an empty battery. A kettle would’ve been a good plus to have it in the room.
Lovely room, spacious and nicely decorated with more character than most hotels. We didn’t use the shared facilities but they looked similarly inviting and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, responsive and remembered us. We travelled with a dog and this was the first time we had been welcomed with treats for him, and food and water bowls provided. The bathroom was not especially well designed - the screen on the bath was far too small to stop the whole room from getting wet, and the faucet was hard to reach and too powerful, and too high for a young child. Very kind and helpful staff at the reception. The hotel is comfortable and quite, well situated near the commercial center, shops, transport. The breakfast was very good too with food of high quality.
Our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed with superb quality. Breakfast had a lot of good choices.
Parking area is very limited and a kind of issue for this hotel.
The parking is great, especially in Bulle, to have ample parking in an underground car park, is very useful.
Complimentary bottle of spring water in the room would be a nice touch. Alternative milks, like oat milk were not available at breakfast.
