We had a quiet room overlooking the lake, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious, well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub.
Breakfast was very poor in terms of the selection of fruits, juices, and local flavors. The hotel design is tired (late 1990s US-hotel style), calling for a significant facelift for the price of the rooms.
Great location - beautiful and unique lobby area.
Swimming pool under maintenance - I don’t believe we were told in advance. Could have had more warm vegetarian options for breakfast
Excellent location and beautiful views from our corner room with views over the lake and of Volcano Osorno . Staff friendly and helpful always happy to fill our water bottles for our walks . Breakfast plentiful .
The coffee could be nicer . The gym was small and not very modern

The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Great breakfast choice and restaurant in the evening had a lovely menu with well cooked food.
Property was in a great location. Room was nice and it was very clean . Great view of the lake and the mountain . Staff was exceptionally rude and not helpful Especially at the front desk

The location to the lakeside.
This is not the hotel’s doing but there was so cert for the Festival just outside my window. It did start to quieter down by next year!
