Pros (+) Great location - beautiful and unique lobby area.
Cons (-) Swimming pool under maintenance - I don’t believe we were told in advance. Could have had more warm vegetarian options for breakfast

Pros (+) Excellent location and beautiful views from our corner room with views over the lake and of Volcano Osorno . Staff friendly and helpful always happy to fill our water bottles for our walks . Breakfast plentiful .

Pros (+) Great location & views. Nice size rooms.
Cons (-) Rooms were run down (lumpy beds, broken down couches, tub had a curved bottom making it feel unstable. I think since the property has just been sold, there was a lot of deferred maintenance.
