The room was spacious. Everything was clean and the staff was very polite.
Usually in the hotels of this rank, you would expect some additional items like coffee machine these days. The minibar was only restocked at the begining, some additional water would be nice. Especially since the guests are instructed not to bring anything from the outside like drinks and snacks.
The beds where very comfortable and staff was very helpful , we loved the breakfast;
It could be cleaner, the childrens chair was dusty and dirty like it has never been cleaned properly. It was quite hot at the pool area but this is a personal view.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The accommodation was very clean, the staff was extremely kind and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Great spa facilities with indoor swimming pool. Free parking for the hotel guests. Good variety of food served for all meals. Kind and helpful staff.
Rooms are a bit smaller. The accommodation prices are on a higher end.

Spa needs to put hair conditionner for women, jacuzzi is cold. worst pizza ever in lounge bar (rocket pizza with iceberg!

Beyond our expectations! When we arrived everything was already prepared for our stay. Kind staff at the reception gave us a few necessary information we needed to know about restorant and spa working hours and how to get there from our room. I have to emphasize cleanliness and comfort not just in our room but in whole property. We will rebook Hotel Crni vrh in the future, for sure!

Nice structure. The personell has been very gentle and available. They let me charge the car (hybrid) for free.
Altought the strucrue is new, there are many details which are not ok. The forniture in the room were already a bit ruined. Similarly for the terrace of the resturant. Small details which make a difference for the level of the hotel.
