The location was perfect.
Our room was a corner room where the pictures made the room look significantly bigger. The room had a sulfur smell coming from the sink piping to the point that it would wake my wife and I up at night. We eventually purchased our own cleaning products in attempt to kill the smell but sulfur scent doesn’t go away with simple cleaning products. The room walls were also all scuffed up and dirty. The location provides wide panoramic views of Naples bay and Sorrento. The staff are brilliant. So friendly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a little out of the way but the friendly free shuttle bus is excellent. The pool and gym are great for the traveller spending extra nights. Fantastic views that are indescribable. Every floor, every door, window, patio has breathtaking views! Staff are impeccable. Food is fantastic. One “downfall “ of this hotel is that you can only get to Sorrento proper by their shuttle. You can walk but it’s a good hike!
The pool needs some TLC and is mostly in the shade so makes it very cold. Long haul down and up the hill if you don’t take those shuttle. But, it’s very easy to get the shuttle and it comes often.
This is a very good and friendly hotel with a very nice rooftop restaurant.

Amazing location, services at the hotel (free shuttle bus to the town), good restaurant and just amazing view from the room balcony, restaurant balcony, all around the hotel. Very quiet location. Would definetely choose the hotel again.
A bit old fashion style (if you are more up to modern layout). Not fully weelchair friendly. Location uphill, requiring taxi or shuttle service if you are not used to walk uphill (especially with luggage)
