We loved our stay. The hotel grounds are lovely. The way the hotel has been tastefully styled, it really felt luxury. We loved the bar area. Staff were all super lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our food at the hotel too. The beach area is a hidden gem - it might not be perfect white sands but what is there is a lovely oasis compared to busy touristy beaches. Plus, the pool overlooking the sea is th...
Perhaps if the room could be hoovered every so often as there was a lot of sand on the floor in our room.Read more
We were very well welcomed and cared for during our stay. The accommodation was beautiful, the room and pool areas and the nature around. This resort is just 10” drive from the beautiful city of Pula. Exceptional breakfast as well as possibility of lunch and diner in the resort. Definitely considering the location again if we are to return to Sardegna.
Large property with very big lovely garden and 2 large swimming pools, one of them infinity pool near the sea. Breakfast was very good, buffet style but with good variety and quality
Personnel at the bar was a joke. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. They struggled with every little thing.
The grounds are huge and beautifully landscaped. The room was decent size and very clean. The infinity pool area by the beach is amazing and quiet. Restaurant and bistro food was delicious and priced reasonably, and good wine choices. Breakfast was decent, but not quite up to the level of what the hotel portrays itself as.
No coffee in the room. The strict "no outside food or drink" rule is silly and a big turn off - it's my room and I'll do what I want in it. Service at the bistro was pretty terrible; slow, messed up orders, lack of customer service, but the food was fantastic.
The hotel teritorry is big and hotel has two pools, private small beach. Rooms are decent.
Breakfast is poor, pools are not very clean, rooms do not have anything, like tea, coffee, iron bathrope etc. Hotel does not have any SPA, entry to the hotel and parking are very poor, bedsheets are not comfortable.
It’s an absolutely beautiful property, can’t fault the property at all. Well kept and clean, rooms were lovely.
It is a bit remote, no other bars, restaurants, shops near by and really a car is a must. We arrived the day after it opened for the season and as expected the staff were a bit rusty and possibly need a bit more training pre opening. They were absolutely lovely but service in the bistro bar particularly was very poor. More staff needed , both floor and kitchen and a bit more training.
A wonderful hotel! The staff were very attentive and friendly, they really made it a special trip for us. The location is very relaxing and tranquil which was perfect for us on the last leg of our honeymoon. The food at the hotel is delicious, we would recommend the half board option as the dinners are excellent - a four course menu which changes each day. The food offered at the bar is also great...
There are a few very minor points to note - firstly, for us the location was great, but for some travellers the remote setting could be an issue. Secondly, we thought more information could have been provided at check-in (specifically about how the restaurant worked, if we needed to book a table, and what was included for half board) as this wasn’t clear to us when we arrived - but all sorted quic...Read more
