Pros (+) Recently fully refurbished, the high standards and professionalism of the staff were only matched by their friendliness and helpfulness. Superb location, restaurants nearby. We stayed 14 nights, a fantastic 5 star experience in the middle of Santa Cruz.

Pros (+) Great hotel in the heart of SC, super clean, great facilities and staff. Breakfast is pretty good with basic options, great coffee. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Definitely 5 star hotel. Interior design is interesting and sswimming pool area is very relaxing. Staff super attentive. Highly recommend to stay in SC.
Cons (-) If your room looks to the main road, could be a bit noisy.

Pros (+) Great pool and the hotel's garden where we also had breakfast. The hotel is 15 min from the city center by walking. The staff is helpful, but only one person speaks English. Very uncommon for the 5 stars hotel.
Cons (-) Breakfast is poor and almost the same every day. Our room was quite outdated. Not the level of the 5 stars hotel.
