Pros (+) Lovely hotel with a relaxed vibe and a friendly atmosphere. The hotel is tastefully decorated, and the breakfast is well presented. The room was very quiet, and our bed was very comfortable.

Pros (+) Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Reserved outdoor parking just in front of the premises.
Cons (-) Unfortunately, jacuzzis are just accessible if the weather permits. Hours of breakfast were a bit shorter than originally communicated, but for the rest no major issues.

Pros (+) Fantastic hotel in Pienza. We loved the feel of the hotel and it is literally within minutes of local attractions and restaurants. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was exceptional.

Pros (+) The woman at reception (Simoneta?) Is the most competent receptionist I have ever met. She is smart, efficient, and personable. She answered all our questions and went out if her way to make sure we were happy. Highest possible praise.

Pros (+) Perfect Stay! ✨🏞️ We requested a valley view room and woke up to breathtaking scenery—absolutely stunning! The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel offered a delicious and plentiful breakfast. Another great plus: it’s just a 5-minute walk to the city center. Highly recommend! 😊
Cons (-) The only downside was the hot tub water, which wasn’t warm enough and had some floating residues.
