Cant use the swimminpool before breakfast 😵

The staff -receptionist could be more talkative .I think ,in hotel like this they could speak english a little bit more …They have not asked how was our stay or if we will return …not wishing us safe trip ..nothing

I would appreciate having complimentary bottled water or a tag saying if the tap water is potable.
Hotel is beautiful, with pool & beach access included. Staff was very friendly, especially by the pool! would highly recommend. So family friendly, so many things to do for small children.
Excellent location, very good breakfast and very friendly staff. Moreover, direct at the beach and nice pool area. Good parking directly at the hotel and helpful staff to have a nice time as guest of the hotel.
Small and very narrow rooms; small cabinet; not all windows can be darkened (most likely not in all rooms the case), so it gets bright early in the morning. The bed was also very hard, some might like it, but we didn't. Some processes in the hotel can be optimized and information about the hotel on check in (e.g. services, parking, etc.).

It was a nice hotel on the beach and very close to the city center. We had a room with sea view and a quite spacious balcony. The bathroom is small for a 4-star-hotel. Breakfast was very good and you had a wide choice. Staff are kind and professional. There's a car park .
You need to go to the reception and book beforehand where you want to stay; you have to choose whether you want to stay on the beach or in the premises of the swimming pool. We do understand that when it is crowded it might be a problem...but when we were there it was almost empty:-)
Everything was OK. Very nice hotel with nice view rooms.
