Very helpful staff, printed out my train ticket for me, beautiful hotel. Two coffees complimentary in the coffee machine. Turn down service provided before bed. I arrived at 10 am, asking if I could leave my luggage there prior to checking in, and they gave me an early check-in there and then! It’s in the oldest street in Krakow, near the Castle, perfectly positioned in the Old Town.
I couldn’t work the shower or the basin plug (I know, I just needed to ring reception, but it was 5am) and I was reluctant too - the bathroom was beautiful, I just couldn’t work it.

Everything about the property was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious and amenities were more than we could ask for. Spa facilities were amazing, location was very central and convenient, and hotel staff very helpful/kind.
There was one day where construction outside the hotel caused our water to be turned off for a short duration. Unfortunately it was at a time we intended to shower before dinner and we never got notice of this from the hotel beforehand so it was a slight inconvenience, but possible they weren’t forewarned either. Arrived by auto - v v hard to find, despite 2 GPSs.
The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The central and quiet location.

brilliant location, fantastic staff - couldn’t do enough, spa facilities were impressive (sauna and relaxation particularly) rooms were spacious and bathrooms fab.
breakfast wasn’t as good as i expected. needs more of a buffet - but if you ask they are happy to give you things not on the menu. the walkway above the pool isn’t great - even tho it has slip pads it’s not the best and juts out over the pool.
Amazing venue and comfort. Close to everything in Oldtown. Quiet area in the evenings.

The pool is not safe enough, the glass bridge needs a non-slip strip that is see through. It was very slippery. The mattress was clumpy

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was outstanding, and the location was perfect in Krakow. All of the staff could not have been more helpful and so very pleasant.
