Arrived by auto - v v hard to find, despite 2 GPSs.
The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The central and quiet location.
Nothing to dislike.
brilliant location, fantastic staff - couldn’t do enough, spa facilities were impressive (sauna and relaxation particularly) rooms were spacious and bathrooms fab.
breakfast wasn’t as good as i expected. needs more of a buffet - but if you ask they are happy to give you things not on the menu. the walkway above the pool isn’t great - even tho it has slip pads it’s not the best and juts out over the pool.
Amazing venue and comfort. Close to everything in Oldtown. Quiet area in the evenings.

The pool is not safe enough, the glass bridge needs a non-slip strip that is see through. It was very slippery. The mattress was clumpy

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was outstanding, and the location was perfect in Krakow. All of the staff could not have been more helpful and so very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Krakow. The Spa was lovely and offered a wide variety of services. Location of the hotel to the city centre was great; I was pleased we were not too close to the main street which tended to be noisy in the evening and particularly at weekends, however it was ideally sited to enable you to easily walk into town. I had a wonderful facial and deep tissue massage in the Spa courtesy of Isabella. She was friendly and extremely skilled. I left feeling completely pamper...
On the whole the staff at the hotel were helpful however I think some in the restaurant could have been more welcoming; there was a distinct difference in how we were received in comparison to a couple of ladies who sat on the table next to ours, who spoke polish! Everythings is Amazing , great location just 3/5 mins to Wawel Castle and just 2 mins to main street of Old Town and quiet as well. Room is so cosy nice and clean.
only 1 thing is the Pillows are too soft
