Everything was great The staff - kind and helpful - Thank You All 💐 The room was big, comfortable and very clean ! Good Breakfast The location - close to the Danube - Saint George branch. We came back for another night.
The shower is slippery, have to be careful, and water comes out to the floor....
This property is my favorite place in this town. I come every year is amazing. I forgot last year a picture that mean a lot to me and they keep it for one year and they returned me. I was very happy. Bed was comfortable, shower was excellent, location was great and the staff was nice.
Both the coffee machine and the safe didn’t work.
The location was very good. Very close to river front. The front desk staff was very helpful. The chef was very considerate, on our request he made a vegetarian platter for the breakfast, which was very good.

Unfortunately, nothing! One of the worst experience in a hotel.
I will mention just a few things: the room was very uncomfortable, located near the elevator and the noise was disturbing. The room was not clean and during my stay they didn’t use the cleaning machine! The bad and the pillows- one of the worst I aver had. The stuff in the reception rude and unhelpful! For sure, I will never return here!

There as often bad smell in the bathrom. The ventilator at the sauna made a nasty noise.

A stylish and comfortable location in the heart of town, not far from the Danube river. All is new, clean, staff is friendly and educated. Very good breakfast, covering well key food/drinks morning needs. Close to shops, at walking distance.
