This was our second stay at this hotel and was very bit as good as the first time. Great location with superb room and bathroom. Fabulous staff throughout the hotel. They have added a Spa since our last visit which was free to use and exceptional. Will definatley be back on our next trip

very warm welcome - during check in we were offered an aperitivo and they took care of everything, which was a very nice start into the stay. The breakfast was rich with many local specialities. The rooms cozy and very clean.
Room was super nice, really clean and spacious, Little bit dark but that was really not an issue. Great SPA to relax after a hike. Price is not in economy league, but totally worth every single cent. We went not on a season so I guess during season process might be a bit bigger. But in any case would love to come back there
Overall nothing major I could complain about, the only thing what was a bit strange and I really did not enjoyed during our stay there, was that for breakfast tables were set by room, as we were early ones but we were not able to sit by the window with a really nice view. Apart from that all was up to top notch standards

I have booked 2 superior double rooms. I gave the person in the reception the Booking.com confirmation saying the rooms I booked. After some time he gave me the keys to the 2 rooms. as I enter the room I found that it is not a superior.
