Excellent hotel management. The friendly, helpful and professional staff. The structure is surrounded by greenery. Wonderful location near the most beautiful beaches.
The best was location, close to all important points. Hotel, room, bar was very nice. Staff was very freindly and helpfull.

Beach Beach Beach
The rooms are completely outdated and we stayed as all other guess on the "newest" floor(3rd). The hotel cannot just survive based on its location (next to a wonderful beach). Please invest on it.. it's a pity if you don't. As for food and breakfast... it's just average save your money and go to torre San Giovanni.. great restaurants and safe

The playground was closed, it seems that it was not opened for years.And that was not mentioned on booking. Also the beach bar was closed. The beach was like a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Was a bit far, considering the beach Club was closed. But it was October off season..so I guess it is ok.

They promote and sell the hotel as a 4-star hotel while it is a 3-star one or a 2-star hotel sometimes. This is technically a fraud and I will claim to Booking.com and to the hotel too. They ask for a direct bank wire transfer (out of booking payment methods) in advance to avoid Booking's fees and commissions payments, another fraud.
