Everything-the staff, the food, the location, the spa, the walk with the alpacas, the building, the rooms, etc, etc. Having two complete family and adults-only wellness areas is certainly a great idea.

We loved to stay in the hotel. It is an ultra modern but still cozy mountain vibe hotel with wooden style and lots of fire places inside all over. The Spa is purely incredible and the massage with Christian was a life changer. We will come back for sure!

too many light switches. Maybe I have some sort of problem but I feel like a manual is required in modern hotels just to get the lights on and off.
The hotel's location and facilities are really great. The hotel has a huge and excellent spa area with a few heated swimming pools. I believe that the prices at the restaurant need to be revised. It's too easy to spend over 140 euros on dinner for two. Given that it's a luxury hotel, high prices were expected, but I still think there should be a price difference between main meals (fish & meat) and vegetarian options such as soups.Read more

That there was no air condition in the room and it was to hot when we ask them they said open the windows but if we open it there is insect
The online advertisement of the hotel with beautiful views. The indoor swimming pool for kids.
1) rudeness of the staff. 2) not being able to enjoy any view unless you pay. 3) lack of information being mentioned in booking.com 4) being categorized at the breakfast table. My biggest issue with this hotel is that they advertise some very nice pictures of the mountains, the breathtaking view from the restaurant BUT your breakfast table is chosen for you.
