We had a very wonderful stay! We were traveling for our pre-wedding pictures and luckily got the permission to take some photos in the hotel. The garden, the church, the room, everything looks amazing. The staff were super friendly and even made some sandwiches when we went back late and the kitchen was already closed. Would love to come back in the future!
The staff is just absolutely amazing, the servers are fantastic and very friendly. So is Michelle, we did a photoshoot at the hotel, and she helped us organize everything. We will definitely come back and we most certainly would recommend you to spend at least a night at this hotel.
Absolutely beautiful property, very well maintained. Beautiful decoration too. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
The swimming pool is not heated, so the water was very cold.
Old monastery had real character, great gardens, superb staff. Perfect for getting into Siena but still in the quiet countryside.
The views, the staff, the breakfasts…all were wonderful.
Facility could use a few fresh decks of playing cards.
Beautiful and peaceful location
Beautiful, large property with many downstairs common area rooms for relaxing. There is also a large outdoor groups that is upkept beautifully and gives plenty of options for morning strolls, cocktails, and conversation. The staff is exceptional and very very thoughtful. The rooms are old-school but comfortable and give a feeling of authenticity staying inside a historic charter house.
They have a restaurant on the property and the food is good but the menu is quite complicated, there aren’t many simple and easy to eat dishes. Because it is about 10mins outside of the city if you need food at night you have to use the restaurant. I wish they had a simpler lunch or late-night menu with basic soup, pasta, salad etc.
This hotel is stunning, the grounds and the room where amazing, the staff are so attentive, breakfast was amazing, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. So many things they have thought of to make your stay special they have done. The walk in to Siena was really easy.

Beautiful location and amazing property with superb staff!
An amazing experience and the best part of our trip to Tuscany. Special and warm thanks to Michelle at concierge, who was very kind and knowledgeable of the area and to all the front desk team. Breakfast was amazing. Our suite was amazing as well.
The only kinda letdown was the food at the restaurant where we had dinner over one evening.
