Pros (+) Amazing location. Breakfast was a highlight. We were spoilt by the breakfast staff for both the food offerings and the special coffees. We had paid for the half board and enjoyed the evening meals. Again, most delicious.

Pros (+) Good communication and easy to talk to staff throughout the hotel. They were also very helpful and seemed to genuinely care about us. Rooftop was awesome.
Cons (-) On the last day of our stay, the regular restaurant staff were not working, and we noticed a drop in service quality. Additionally, noise from other guests in the corridor was quite noticeable due to poor sound insulation in the door.

Pros (+) Mom with 11-year-old son. Amazing warm welcome from all staff throughout our stay, who even memorised our names. We were also upgraded to a suite, which we were very thankful for. Thank you so much to the staff who went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay. The location is very central, short walk from all main sights.
