The staff are so helpful and welcoming and the hotel facilities are great. Amazing location for ski in / out.
Almost perfect apart from the provision of food for young children. 7 days straight of the same chicken nuggets or tomato pasta was disappointing. The kids were excited to try pizza in Italy but the kitchen wouldn’t cook it. If they could get this bit right then it would be brilliant.
You find a beautiful hotel in the heart of the Alps. You decide to stay there because you can go directly to the slope, and the restaurant and swimming pool have a beautiful view of the mountains. Best breakfast we’ve had in Italy (and during the summer months, you can enjoy it from the terrace with a gorgeous view of the Dolomites). Their whole wheat croissants with honey is divine. Everything! The hotel is a gorgeous building in and out with wonderfully decorated and maintained facilities. The rooms are spacious, very well furnished with comfortable chairs, couch and a great bed, and finished with amazing a bathroom and balcony. Fantastic hotel & services. We were expecting a good high level hotel, we discovered an excellent luxury hotel. The cuisine was varied and of great quality, could pretend to get pretty high rating from Michelin or Gault&Millau ! Great choice of wines at affordable price Will go back, definitely a great place to stay !

Good location to explore the Dolomites in September , staying several nights can also enjoy easy walks starting 5 minutes from the hotel. Great indoor pool with superb views of the mountains. Although the food price and quality must be improved, we would choose again this hotel. Art lovers will love the art gallery and the paintings hanging in almost every wall.
The pool closes at 7 pm , too early. The food at the bar - too salty and not polite service... The price of the dinner buffet - 65 euros per person - not a fair price. A la carte also too expensive. Didn't try after the bad experience at the bar. Stayed in a suite - bed and pillows a little hard. Breakfast could be better - scrambled eggs too salty.
