Cons (-) The staff were inattentive and slightly inefficient, especially with respect to cleaning and room service. During our stay, our room was cleaned but you could tell it was a rushed job. We asked for water and cups to be replaced a few times, but we never got new ones. Overall, it was a decent stay but unimpressed for the price you pay.

Pros (+) Cap Estell is the best hotel I have ever stayed and I have travelled all over the world. Perfect setting, excellent staff and excellent facilities. It is truly amazing
