We like the atmosphere, the convenient location (train to Venice), good breakfast and restaurant.
The location was perfect for us, the room was tastefully decorated, and a good size, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, breakfast was wonderful.
Parking was a little inconvenient, a view of a hedge into a parking lot was a little disappointing.
Central location. Accurate service. Kindness of staff. Great breakfast.
Would have liked some information beforehand on how to access private parking.

Very clean, spacious and modern room in historic centre of Conegliano. Ideal hotel for short business trip to area. Very helpful staff - thanks in particular to the night porter who could not get me a taxi to the train station (not far from hotel but I had very heavy luggage) and so he kindly walked me to the train station and helped with my luggage at 5:30am.
Could take greater efforts with sustainability and reduce the use of single use plastic etc - plastic cups were in bathroom, single use toiletries, dressing gowns in plastic bags etc.
Room was beautiful and lovely bathroom. We were a family of four staying in an executive room and it was very spacious. Easy to park and exceptional staff.
The location in the historical center of Conegliano. The easy check-in at reception. The bathroom was spacious and matched the photos. I reserved a room with 2 beds, when we arrived reception had us down for 1 bed. However, they were able to find a 2 bed room for us.
The room didn't match the photos. The pictures showed a regular ceiling which made for a more spacious room and allowed for a sofa to be placed in the room in addition to 1 large and 1 small bed. Very comfortable hotel with such wonderful staff. Relaxed set-up and worth a stay. It's a quiet town and great as a base to travel around the surrounding areas.
Everything! Great location, convenient parking and fantastic breakfast.
Excellent location. Very friendly and obliging staff. Good breakfast and very reasonably priced. A comfortable and spotless hotel.
