Pros (+) Great hotel in great landscape. Perfect friendly service at reception, restaurant and cafe as well rooms. Nice trips on boat at Lago maggiore avaiable, Free parking.

Pros (+) All the staff were extremely personable and helpful. Nice restaurant providing good breakfast. Lunch and dinner also available. Pleasant room with a view across the lake. Hotel location is first rate. Nice bar, well used by guests.
Cons (-) Parking - parking is a few minutes walk away from the hotel - the situation could have been clearer in terms of access, location etc

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel in a very beautiful location. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Good size, clean room, modestly decorated. Bathroom on the small side. Delicious breakfast.
Cons (-) The walls are paper thin! You can hear absolutely everything that your neighbors say and do! I definitely did not enjoy our neighbors' nightly adventures, which we could hear in detail! I was glad we did not have any children in our room as it would have been embarrassing....

Pros (+) Location - fantastic, quiet, right on the lake on a beautiful path and within easy walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast - delicious, well stocked and varied. Bar - also right on the water, nice selection of food items and drinks. Bar staff was excellent! Wine cave - quaint, nice tastings and wine selections. Great service! Service - the staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) Mattresses - not very comfortable Room furnishings - a little too worn
