Pros (+) Lovely fruit selection and very fresh bread. Really enjoyed the croissants when they were warmed. Would like the option of soft boiled eggs. Lovely coffees and teas. The location on the Lake is exceptional.
Cons (-) I like a duvet and bed was made with a sheet and blanket. Felt water each day in the room could be provided as part of the package.

Pros (+) The hotel is very well appointed, in a lovely position overlooking the lake with a pedestrian lane in front of it. The swimming pool was very pleasant and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed taking the hotel boat to Ascona for a day, drove into the mountains another day and visited the Borromeo islands on the third day. We had dinner on two evenings on the terrace and the food was excellent.
